These Terms of Service describe the terms under which a customer would access the PareStripe platform. As with the rest of this site, this page is part of a static demo project — no account created here forms a real agreement with any company, and the text exists to make the demo feel complete.
An organization account would be created by an authorized representative of a company, as reflected in the signup flow's "Organization" tab. That representative would be responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for managing which employees are invited to the workspace.
Use of the platform would be limited to legitimate business purposes. Prohibited activity would typically include attempting to circumvent card controls or spend limits, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the service to process transactions unrelated to the customer's own business operations.
Subscription fees are quoted directly by our sales team based on company size and card volume — see Contact. In a real product, fees would be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, with card-issuance and interchange terms disclosed separately in a card program agreement.
Corporate cards referenced throughout this site would, in a real deployment, be issued by a partner financial institution under a card program agreement, with PareStripe providing the software layer for policy, controls, and reporting.
Either party would generally be able to terminate the agreement with notice as specified in an order form. Upon termination, card issuance would stop and account data would be retained per the Privacy Policy's retention terms before deletion.
The platform would be provided "as is," and this specific instance of it is provided exactly that way — as a static prototype with no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or, notably, of being a real financial product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PareStripe's liability under a real agreement would be limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. This demo processes no real fees and accepts no real liability of any kind.
A real agreement of this kind would typically be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
